Day 18: Freedom!

We took this day to go south of Boston and see Plimoth Plantation and Battleship Cove.

Plimoth Plantation is a living history museum of the Plymouth Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Native Americans.

Jude tried on a skunk cape. We were told that it smells much better in the winter months!

Trying the stilts. They were so hard to figure out!

Then we left to go to Battleship Cove!

And then there was the Battleship USS Massachusetts, “Big Mamie”. We didn’t come near to seeing all of her. A battleship is enormous!

USS Massachusetts never lost a soul in combat all of World War II.
