Waiting patiently for the public transportation
There truly isn’t a brief version of this so bear with me, eh?
We drove into the RV parking of Niagara Falls and got set to use the public transportation there. Between the in park and city options it was an affordable $3 per each of us.
So we got on the bus and immediately bypassed the supposed star of the show. Niagara Falls would come later. On to Fort Niagara!

The museum prior to the Fort had the original 1812 flag that flew during the war.

I’m a sucker for a lighthouse
Then it was time to head off to the falls. This was a great experience with the humidity fo the east coast. We were pretty much disgusting at this point but on we tread.
The falls were gorgeous but we all agreed the better experience was the fort.DSC_0659   DSC_0660

Quote from Jude, “What is this, a Niagara for ants?!”
And then we pulled a long haul from Niagara to Boston. We had originally planned on swinging through Schenectady but there was no stopping. And that was the morning and the evening of the 17th day (James didn’t care for that day much). Also the roads here are terrible! We will never complain about Oregon ever again!
